• Circle provides AI-powered image generation and sharing services.
• Access may be through free trials, credits, or subscription plans.

2. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and current information.
• You are responsible for your account security and password.
• Accounts cannot be transferred or sold.

3. Subscription & Payments

• Circle uses a credit and subscription model.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled via App Store / Google Play settings.
• Refunds are only provided as required by law.

4. User Generated Content

• You retain rights to images you generate.
• By using the App, you grant Circle a limited, non-exclusive right to use anonymized content for improving and promoting the service.
• You may not upload or generate content that includes:

• Nudity, sexual, or pornographic material.
• Hate speech, harassment, or threats.
• Violence or discrimination.
• Spam or misleading material.
• Any illegal or copyrighted content.

5. Reporting & Moderation System

• Every user-generated item (image, post, or comment) must include a "Report" or "Flag as inappropriate" option.
• When reported, the content ID and user ID are securely sent to the backend.
• Categories may include: spam, hate speech, harassment, nudity, violence, etc.
• Moderators review reports and take action, including removal or account suspension.

6. Community Guidelines

• Be respectful to others.
• Do not impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.
• Do not share private or confidential information of others.
• Respect intellectual property rights.
• Violation of these guidelines may result in content removal or permanent ban.

7. Account Termination

• You may delete your account anytime.
• Circle reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

• The App is provided "as is," without warranty of uninterrupted service.
• Users are fully responsible for content generated or shared.
• Circle is not liable for issues caused by third-party providers.

9. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by applicable local laws.
• Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of the relevant jurisdiction.
